Team Assistant/Project Manager, Executive Search

An amazing opportunity has arisen at a successful Global Executive Search firm based in stunning Central London offices.  The Team Assistant/Project Manager will be looking after 3 Consultants within an exciting division and will provide clients, candidates and colleagues with world-class administration across all areas of the business. 

Within the role of Project Manager you will ensure the smooth running of the appointment process from engagement through to placement, look after all diary management for the delivery teams, all client and candidate logistics and assist with front of house and events.

The successful candidate will be a GRADUATE from a top University and have a couple of years + working experience within a professional/corporate, customer focussed environment.  You will also be very team orientated, be able to hit the ground running, a multi-tasker and have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude.  Great development/career opportunities within a supportive, professional and collaborative environment.
