A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a bilingual PA/Team Assistant with English to mother tongue and perfect fluency in French to join the creative and dynamic London office of a prestigious magazine publication.

This classic PA role will allow you to use both English and French language skills on a daily basis whilst providing seamless, comprehensive ad-hoc administrative business support to a small group of senior managers including the Executive Director therefore you must be comfortable with people working at all levels of seniority! Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for all enquiries and gatekeeper to the senior managers
  • Drafting correspondence in English and French
  • Managing ever-changing ,complex diaries and all internal and external appointments
  • Compiling national and international travel itineraries including accommodation, flights, visas and transportation
  • Coordinating UK and global meetings
  • Preparing and proofreading all meeting materials including reports and presentations
  • Liaising with other team PA's to arrange meetings with Board members and stakeholders
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.

Suitable candidates must be detail orientated, able to prioritise effectively, manage a fluctuating workload with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and possess first-class written and verbal communication skills in English and French. This role will suit a bilingual assistant with prior PA / secretarial experience from within a similar busy creative/agency/ publishing environment!

  • English to mother tongue standard and first class written and verbal communications skills in French
  • A demonstrable PA/ team secretarial background with experience of working in busy, international environments.
  • Excellent organisational, attention to detail and time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst able to multitask to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Proactive and committed team player
  • Diligent, flexible , discreet with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable to ever-changing schedules as well as being flexible and remaining calm under pressure
  • IT-literate in Microsoft Office programs with excellent Excel skills!
