Executive Assistant to COO

An incredibly reputable private equity firm with global exposure, based in a great West End location, is looking for an experienced executive assistant to provide meticulous 1:1 support to the COO. Supporting this very busy and demanding individual and liaising with external clients and investors on a daily basis, will require a high degree of professionalism and proficiency. The COO splits their time between two different countries, so this EA needs to stay incredibly on the ball when working with this remote support. A high proportion of the role will be; extensive diary and international travel arrangements, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones and processing expenses, as well as providing seamless administrative support to the wider team.

This role will be perfect for someone who is incredibly switched on, articulate and a essentially a good networker. As well as acting as a responsible right-hand assistant in this small office, your opinion will very much be taken into account. Therefore, being a team player will be incredibly beneficial in this role.

Skills/Experience desired;

• Recent demonstrable experience supporting senior individuals with diary and travel arrangements.
• Grad/Grad calibre preferred.
• Excellent organisational and communicational skills.
• Providing a high-quality of work, with a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility with working hours.
• Being able to work at pace without errors.
• Articulate
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
