My client, a very successful law firm, based in Stratford-upon-Avon, have a very exciting supervisory role within their Facilities team.
Primarily this role is to oversee the facilities division - along with the facilities and health and safety manager your role will include:
*Monitoring upkeep of offices - liaising with contractors and engineers
*Space planning
*Implementation of the health and safety policy
*Act as the site's Fire Controller
*Dealing with health and safety issues
*Monitoring general housekeeping - stationery, fire exits clear, hazard free zone etc
You will ensure all required tasks of this division are completed to a high standard.
From carrying out training to monitoring office stocks and managing staffing levels - this is an extremely busy role that's integral to the smooth running of the office.
They are looking for something who is extremely self-motivated, has a "can do" attitude and is very approachable. You must be committed to driving excellent levels of service and be a true team player.
Experience in a similar Facilities Supervisor / Manager role is essential - ideally having managed support staff in a corporate office environment.
