This Wembley Park based property investment and development specialist is seeking a Skills and Construction Liaison Co-ordinator to deliver a skills and education programme, working closely with contractors and ensuring they meet planning obligations.
This 7 month maternity contract position is essentially a Project Co-ordinator role with additional responsibility for co-ordinating a Community Fund and Volunteering Programme, which are two of the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives.
This Project Co-ordinator contract role would suit a degree-educated individual with strong project skills and an interest in and preferably experience in Learning and Development and / or Event Management. You will have super organisational talents and experience planning and co-ordinating a large number of projects, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
This Project Co-ordinator contract role requires an interest in community engagement as well as construction and property.
Based on a 7-month maternity contract, this Project Co-ordinator position will ideally start in early July.
This Wembley Park based company can offer you:

To be successful in this Wembley Park based Project Co-ordinator contract role, you will have:
*Degree level education or equivalent

*High attention to detail
Key accountabilities within this Project Co-ordinator contract role include:
*Booking meetings, setting agendas, taking minutes and producing reports
*Acting as first point of contact with contractors and managing relationships
*Planning and co-ordinating courses and overseeing their smooth running
*Managing relationships with training providers
*Organising and planning event logistics
*Monitoring course attendance
*Gathering and interpreting course feedback
*Managing budgets
*Reporting
*Handling purchase orders and invoices
*Co-ordinating the community charity fund
