Part-Time Accounts Manager within Private Medical Practice

Part-Time Accounts Manager, 20 Hours a week £24K Pro-rata, Central London

Our client is looking for an exceptional to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role in a private healthcare practice in London, with a chance to work in a small friendly team based in a beautiful listed building.

Who will you be working for?

Their office location in central London, just a stone's throw away from Regent's park. Situated in between Baker St and Oxford St tube stations, this is an excellent location in order to achieve a great work life balance. Close enough to the bustling heart of the west end whilst being situated in a leafy side street with good transport links.

A private healthcare practice including a high profile client list and the role would involve liaising with high net worth individuals and organisations on a regular basis.

What does the role consist of?

• Organising clinic lists for the practice manager and confirming bill payment and responding to patient payment enquiries.
• Reconciliations with bank statements - Checking payment allocations.
• End of month debt collections, chasing overdue invoices and client relations.
• Management of petty cash.
• Credit control.

What will the successful candidate be like?

• Experience using Quickbooks or similar accounting packages
• Strong administration skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently engage with both patients and colleagues.
• Experience within a finance role.
