Do you have experience within Admin but are looking for a role with a little more variety? Do you offer excellent customer service skills and a strong telephone manner? If so maybe Wild Berry Associates could help you.

Our client specialises in development of individuals through training programmes and are looking for a new candidate to join their team. Our client runs around 135 events each year which requires an administrator who enjoys being within a busy environment and can use their own initiative.

Day to day duties include but are not limited to:

  • Administrate arrangements ensuring customer satisfaction via phone, email and in person
  • Logistical arrangements ensuring that in-house events runs smoothly
  • Processing orders
  • Answering the telephone
  • General AHOC admin tasks

You should have a flexible approach to working hours which could be either 8.30am-4.30pm or 9.00am-5.00pm Monday- Friday; although this will be set prior to start date.
