THE COMPANY:
Our client is a leading commercial real estate services company, operating across various platforms. They are looking to add to their Leasing team by recruiting an Analyst with a flexible and adaptable approach. If you are looking for a dynamic and hands on role this could be the position for you.


THE ROLE:
Lease Analysts are primarily responsibility for the management of client real estate information and to assist their corporate clients directly in the management of their real estate through web-based software solutions. They are responsible for maintaining client relationships and supporting the transactional teams through the provision of information.

Duties and responsibilities;
  • Day-to-day management of client accounts, being a ‘Single Point of Contact’
  • Attending client calls and recording actions
  • Collating and processing of lease documents.
  • Ensuring complete and accurate lease abstraction.
  • Organising and undertaking audit functions.
  • Auditing abstracts prepared by other team members.
  • Preparing and monitor client property expense payment schedules
  • Undertaking lease audit projects - reviews of client property expenditure – actuals versus contractual
  • Monitoring, tracking and reporting on critical dates and other pertinent lease information such as rent free periods, security deposits, prepaid rent etc on a continuous basis.
  • Tracking savings from both Lease Administration and Transaction Management teams.
  • Providing administrative support to other personnel within the department as required.
  • Providing additional department related functions as requested.
 
THE PERSON:
  • Educated to at least A level standard, or equivalent
  • Lease Administration or accounting experience within a large commercial structure
  • A strong track record of managing external professional resources in a project driven environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Excel and experience using other financial / business databases
  • Fluency in a European language an advantage
