A fantastic opportunity has become available to support a High Net Worth Individual.This important role will see you involved in the management of their entire personal and business life. The successful candidate will be Bilingual in French and English. This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and driven EA to support an entrepeneur. 



Duties:

·               Private and Business support to Founder

·               Typing of general correspondence, tenders (memos, letters and faxes) using templates

·               Preparing PowerPoint presentations and board reports

·               Effective and accurate diary management and being ability to cope with constant change.

·               Taking minutes at meetings

·               Organising conference calls and lunches including external restaurants

·               Telephone inquiries and client liaison

·               Dealing with queries from consultants and clients, booking hotels, taxis

·               Making travel arrangements (some of which may be very complex) including Visa’s

·               Maintaining effective filing systems

·               Archiving of project reports

·               Preparing daily correspondence files for the Principal

·               Completing timesheets for partners


·               Assisting with duties related to the family which may need to be carried out, such as booking family travel.


·               Liaising with the management company to organise flight on the private jet and providing itineraries.

·               Liaising with the staff at the Paris office

 

Person specification

Ability to Speak French

Pro-active, pragmatic and calm under pressure

Well presented (The offices receive many high-profile guests)

Extremely organised and accurate

Good communication skills

The job is suited to someone who is used to working within a smaller environment

Can do attitude
