Tiger are currently recruiting for an exciting new HR & Finance position in a leading Investment Banking Advisory firm. This company are looking for an experienced and organised HR & Finance Assistant to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.

This role requires an individual who enjoys working in a dynamic and varied environment. The responsibilities of this role will include PA duties and HR / Finance administrative support to the Head of Human Resources and CFO. The role will include diary management and arranging meetings and travel, and further will include Human Resources responsibilities such as file compilation for new joiners and leavers, monitoring annual leave and further responsibilities. This role will also require general administrative assistance to the Finance team.

Skills / Experience required:
  • Recent, demonstrable experience gained within a similar role, beneficially in a marketing function
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst still being an integral part of the team
  • Understanding of working with confidential and sensitive files
