Team PA

Team PA - our client, a well established financial organisation based in the heart of the West End currently has a new opening for a Team PA to come in and look after a small team of Executives.

You will come from a financial services background and have at least 3 - 5 years solid Team PA experience.  Duties will include - first point of contact for the team which includes - phones, email, etc. Setting up meetings and preparing all relevant documentation.  Booking travel and accommodation as well as preparing itineraries.  Processing expenses.  Document preparation - such as client pitches, proposals and presentations.  Updating all client information.  Preparing reports for client reviews. Adhoc projects for the team.

You will thrive whilst working under pressure and deadlines and be able to deal with last minute changes.  Attention to detail is absolute key for this position as well as being able to produce high quality documentation.  Excellent communication skills are also essential as you will be dealing with high profile clients.  Able to prioritise your workload and deal with the demands of the team.
