Junior PA/Administrator -
Mon - Fri 9.30am-5.30pm
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join a market leading property organisation, working in a busy and dynamic environment.

Working in an exciting, high profile position, this is a varied role that will call on all of your organisational and administrative skills and experience.
The ideal candidate will need to be the type of person that nothing is too much trouble for and will be adaptable and a team player.
*Supporting a busy and friendly team with all admin duties
*Preparation of weekly reports and updates
*Update and maintain the client database
*Liaise with internal and external teams and clients
*Deal with incoming calls and enquiries
*Help organising events and launch days
The successful candidate will have:
*At least 6-12 months experience in an administrative role
*Previous exposure to the property industry is desireable
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong MS office skills
