Busy and rewarding office administrator opportunity for a lively, friendly, super organised individual; based lovely bright open office spaces in the City of London.

The Company:
The organisation deliver events and information to the news, entertainment and broadcast industry - A very collaborative and forward thinking organisation with bright office spaces in a lovely central part of London.

The Role:
You'll be a central support role to colleagues, clients, suppliers and more, acting as a front of house interface to a broad range of stakeholders. First point of contact by phone and in person you will be the welcoming face of the company meeting and greeting and the go to for a range of enquiries such as IT support, post and deliveries, stationary and office supplies and meeting room arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the main office line switchboard, handling enquiries and transferring calls to relevant colleagues
  • Meet and greet all visitors to the office, offering superb customer service!
  • Distribute incoming post and deliveries and manage all outgoings
  • Coordinate booking, set up and requirements for the office meeting rooms
  • Maintain well-stocked office supplies
  • Work closely with the companies' external IT provider to guide onsite service and support, trouble shooting and updating as needed
  • Maintain up to date administration, logs and records
  • Provide assistance to the office manager and HR Advisor as required

About You:
Ideally you will have previous office administration, front of house/reception experience gained in a busy office environment. Superb communication skills, highly organised and flexible to fluctuating demands are all essential requirements of the successful candidate. You are a very friendly, outgoing and hardworking individual who is happy dealing with a broad range of tasks and self-motivated to work without prompts.

Key Requirements:

  • Administrative professional with some practical experience gained in a similar role
  • Strong IT and Technical skills - MS office, Databases, Switchboard Phone Systems
  • Confident in dealing with senior level guests and colleagues
  • Strong interpersonal skills and flexible approach
  • Excellent customer service skills; client focussed.
  • Ability to multitask with a high work rate
  • A great team player; works collaboratively and regularly helps others, is patient and calm.
