We are currently recruiting a HR Coordinator for a biopharmaceutical company, this is an ongoing temporary position with an immediate start based in West London and paying around £19.00 per hour.

Duties:

• Provide support to HR colleagues, executives, managers and employees with HR inquiries and by delivering a high level of customer service.
• Provide support on a range of other processes which could include Employee Onboarding, Employee Service Awards, Tuition Reimbursement, Performance Management, Employee Terminations, Unemployment Compensation and Verification of Employment.
• Provide routine information to internal clients on HR processes and policies.
• Perform data entry and run various reports.
• May provide administrative support for multiple areas of the human resources function, including payroll, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
• Support the Learning & Development organization with training administration duties.
• Manage and keep track of travel budget and expenses for HR employees.
