We are looking for a Showroom Team Leader for one of our client`s dynamic and stunning showrooms in the West End.

We are looking for individuals from high end retail, hospitality or aviation backgrounds, to contribute to our world class front of house offering at a luxury BMW show room in the west end. This includes weekend work.

Key Responsibilities:

*Develop and maintain excellent relations with internal and external clients
*To maintain five-star reception standards, ensuring all client and visitor requests are fulfilled
*Work closely with other business areas to ensure a seamless service
*To ensure that all procedures and standards are met
*Escort visitors to various areas as required
*To be flexible in your approach in terms of operational requirements
*Relevant retail / customer service experience
*Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
*Motivated, committed and flexible
*Excellent communication skills
