Junior Legal PA

A Fantastic International Law firm in the City is looking for a Junior Legal PA to support their busy department. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Legal Secretary/ Team Assistant/ Administrative Assistant with experience within a Law Firm and your CILEx qualification to work your way up in a renowned City law firm. Duties will include managing diaries, booking internal/external meetings, organising travel arrangements, general administrative tasks, marketing activities including involvement in preparation of pitches and presentations, along with client relationship management, and assisting the fee earners with billing & expenses. This is an involved busy Legal PA role, so experience is essential but it is a great step-up role for someone who can use their initiative and hit the ground running!
