PA/EAs - Amazing Media/Creative Agencies

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Temp PA/EAs to support all levels of management, working within our illustrious client base in Central London. These opportunities will be looking after a variety of the most creative leaders in media, including fashion, music, television and communications. We are looking for top level candidates to step in to some high profile PA/EA roles to cover sickness, holiday and other absences.
 
All temp roles offer a fast paced, friendly environment that provides plenty of scope to build on your existing skills. These challenging but fun roles require an assistant that can work under pressure and maintain efficiency at all times. The PA/EA supports the Managing Director and Group Directors in meeting strategic objectives by operating as the supportive backbone of the team. You will be responsible for office management issues, research and project management support and being the ‘go to’ person in the team.

Key Attributes include being presentable, well organised and detail orientated. You must have the ability to prioritise and action a high volume of urgent tasks in a fast paced environment. We require an experienced team player with the ability to build a rapport with people at all levels. You will need excellent administrative support as you will be processing expenses, raising invoices, creating reports, and amending contracts etc. You'd be the first point of contact, telephone screening and handling all enquires, proactive email management, extensive diary management, organisation of Global travel, and strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills. We require someone who is motivated, enthusiastic and ready to take on a role in a dynamic and intuitive Agency.
