A truly fantastic, unique opportunity for a well-rounded Finance Assistant has arisen working for a Property Developer in the heart of the West End.
You would be working very closely with the Financial Controller and also alongside very senior stakeholders within the business. You will be responsible for assisting the FC with day to day responsibilities, asset management and MI reports.
Your day to day will involve reviewing accounts and management reporting produced by external accounts and updating figures and internal reports, updating complex financial models, creating MI reports/presentations for board meetings to explain key figures and performance metrics. You will also be responsible for updating budgets and forecasts and will be involved in the asset management of commercial and residential property. You must also be happy to do general admin and ad hoc project work.
It is essential that you possess a strong analytical mind-set and commercial awareness and are capable of managing and understanding large data sets, quantitative and qualitative and producing analysis and written reports.
You will be working with a highly involved team and will have the ability to absorb important information and be able to communicate with clarity. You must also be confident liaising with senior stakeholder as this is a very linear structure.

The office is a real masterpiece with not one, but two fabulous roof terraces.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a similar role, though potential and drive are key to being successful in this role.
This is an opportunity to work on one of London's largest property projects and the role will evolve over time.
This is a temporary ongoing role with the view to going permanent.
You must be available immediately.
