Personal Assistant for an exciting and expanding Consultancy firm in North London

Your new company

My client are a security and governance consultancy with deep expertise in the development and reform of security and justice sectors, notably in conflict-affected environments. My client operates globally with offices in three other countries; with it's Head Office in London. The position is based at their impressive and alternative style of offices with amazing facilities and excellent overground and underground links. The company is expanding with their employee headcount growing enormously in the past two years.

Your new role

You will be supporting the General Manager in a role which will incorporate extensive diary, travel management and ownership of key events for stakeholders. The role is an exciting opportunity with exposure to security and strategy consultations. You will be involved in the expansion programme of the firm ensuring the General Manager has their workload managed and structure in their tasks. General PA duties and responsibilities will be expected here to ensure smooth running of the General Manager's day and tasks related to the expansion project.

What you'll need to succeed

The client has highlighted they are keen to meet candidates with:

• Experience of supporting at a senior level
• In addition they are looking for candidates from the private industry
• Flexible in terms of evolving priorities and work well under pressure
• Strong communications skills and a meticulous work ethic
• Someone with experience of working within a start-up company is beneficial, but not necessary
• At interview you will be expected to provide examples of adding value to those you supported

What you'll get in return

32k-38k salary and after probation 10% pension contributions regardless of own contributions.
