Sales Support Coordinator- Paying £11-£12 per hour for right person!

An extremely successful market leader in design solutions, based in the City, is looking for a self-motivated, sociable and highly organised candidate to join their Sales Support team.

You will be managing your own workload in line with the demands of the department and deadlines of colleagues being flexible in your approach to an ever-changing environment! You will also be pivotal in ensuring that customer expectations are met and any queries resolved in a timely manner.

We are looking for candidates who can multitask effortlessly, work through their own incentive as well as part of a wider team and have a great 'can-do' attitude.

Due to the requirements of the role, experience of stock control is essential!

Duties:
*Meet the performance criteria agreed by the Sales Support Team Leader
*Communication with the customer via phone and email
*Processing both UK and Export orders effectively and ensuring paperwork requirements are met
*Order confirmation and stock allocation to meet demand
*Manage customer expectations in event of shortfall or unavailability and notify team leader of unidentified shortfalls
*Ensure returns are completed within 2 week timeframe and process complaints/provide resolutions where possible
*Ensure that sales pipeline and customer data of assigned account managers is up to date
*Complete assigned Salesforce tasks are completed in a timely manner
*Support customers/account managers in the provision of literature, images and samples to support all stages of sales process
*Attend site visits with account managers where needed, also events and exhibitions
*Gather customer feedback

The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team and deal with customers in a polite and professional manner at all times. They will be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure, prioritising workloads.
A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is desirable.
