Customer Service Coordinator - £8 - £10 Per Hour - Hinckley - Transport Required - Immediate Start
Your new company
You will be working for a market leader in the packaging industry, who are looking for a temporary Customer Service Coordinator, to cover a 4 month Maternity contract. This role may be set to last longer.
Your new role
Managing customer complaints and queries
Building relationships with Key Account Managers
Providing support to the Customer Service Team
Managing specific accounts
Analysing customer service trends and devising improvement strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a Customer Service Coordinator you will:
Be fluent in Microsoft Office
Be educated to A level standard or equivalent
Have a proven track record of working in a high volume, fast paced customer service environment
