Our client is a small & friendly high profile private clinic based on Harley Street. The owner is a high net worth individual who is renowned within the beauty industry.
They are currently looking for a confident receptionist/administrator with fantastic communication skills who will assist with the smooth running of the clinic on a daily basis meeting/greeting patients, taking bookings, payments, monitoring flow of patients, social media, typing letters, managing correspondence, preparing cash flow, entering new patient details, manage the medical charts, correspondence, inventory checks etc.
This is a busy role and no two days are the same. They are a really lovely team of people and they offer a great work/life balance including additional week of holiday after you have worked at the clinic for a few years, stakeholder pension scheme and fantastic management support from the lovely clinic manager.
The hours are 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm and at least one Saturday a month (9am-3pm).
Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience.
