We are looking for a bright Office Manager to join a great team within corporate communications. Working within a friendly and non-hierarchical environment, this role will offer the potential to grow and build on skills.

The ideal candidate should be eager to help out the team, prepared to roll up their sleeves and adopt a can-do attitude. In addition to organisational and admin support for the company such as organising meetings and diaries, you will have the opportunity to get involved in writing articles, preparing presentations/documents and research.

As the glue of the team, you will have lots of autonomy and scope to make the role your own. In addition to ensuring the office is running smoothly, you will also be able to put in processes and systems.  

Each day will be varied and you will have diverse tasks such as:

  • Basic book-keeping (i.e. raising invoices, reconciliation)
  • Maintaining media and contact databases
  • Media monitoring and producing reports to clients
  • General office administration
  • Opportunity to develop writing skills if interested 

Experience

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Preferably 2 years’ work experience in an office support role
  • Strong attention to detail
