Role:
This role calls for an experienced Office Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong decision making, problem solving and negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment. This person will be responsible for organising all of the processes that facilitate the smooth running of the office, as well as providing HR support, organising large client events and managing the Press Relations for the firm. As this role will often be client facing, the individual should also be approachable and confident, with excellent communication skills.

•Health & Safety Management
•Facilities Management
•Compliance Support
•Ad Hoc Admin Support to Team of 19
•Meet & Greet Clients

The successful candidate
•5+ years relevant experience
•Preferably finance/boutique but will look at other sectors
•Should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, clerical, financial and managerial tasks
•Will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
•They must also be exceedingly well organized and flexible, with a self-motivated approach to workload.
