Immediately Available PA – Creative Agency

My client, a global creative agency is looking for a bright PA to join their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a large company in their modern, open plan offices.

You must be immediately available. You will be providing 1:1 support to the MD as well as support to the team when required, therefore you must be good at multitasking and able to remain calm under pressure. The team required a PA who has a great sense of humour and an outgoing personality.

The ideal candidate will have prior PA experience (3 years+) within a large organisation, ideally within the creative. You must also be confident at supporting more than one person.  Key duties include complex inbox management, booking international travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, preparing documents, expenses and taking minutes.
