Top Creative Communications Agency - EA to Creative Directors

This incredibly Creative and forward-thinking Advertising Agency is looking for an EA to join them and support their ECDs.  This is an extremely diverse role and will see you working with some of the biggest names around, who are regarded as being at the top of their field and who are continuing to produce thought-provoking and exciting output.

For this fantastic EA role, duties will include:-

• Diary management for the Creative Directors
• Manage activity calendar (social, cultural, leaning events)
• Participate in team meetings
• Organise travel, accommodation, cars etc for the Directors
• Assist with Presentations and ensuring all Pitch work is completed
• Liaising with other network and Agency PA/EAs
• Manage and submit expenses reports
• Support new hires
• Coordinate on-site meetings and events including room reservations, catering an entertainment requirements, managing speakers
• Office Management as and when required
• General ad hoc duties

The ideal EA/PA will:-

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have effective time management and be able to use their own initiative to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Be able to anticipate issues and stay calm under pressure
• Show excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
• A high level of discretion with sensitive information
• Have an ability to juggle a varied workload
• Act as an Agency ambassador

This role will see you working alongside people at all levels, and as such you must display a maturity in your approach to work.  You must understand the nature of a Creative Agency within the Communications industry and be able to display this daily with the ever-changing and fast-paced nature of the role.  To be considered, get your CV across ASAP and don't miss out on this one!!!
