A fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced private equity as their receptionist/team assistant company based in the West End. The opening is to join the global private equity organisation to support the current members of staff with general office administration activities of the firm as well as support for the company executives. Duties will include general administrative support, clerical, receptionist and project based work. This role is client facing, so the candidate must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a smooth and corporate front of house experience
- Managing reception area and meeting rooms
- Managing Audio / Video conferencing in meeting rooms
- Providing catering for meetings as needed
- Ordering office supplies / stationery
- Ensuring the entire office space is neat and tidy at all times
- Organising cars and couriers
- Managing incoming mail, sort and distribute to appropriate parties
- Providing general administrative assistance as required
- Managing team’s expenses
- Managing printing / binding / downloading of presentations for client meetings
The successful candidate will posses a sophisticated and professional demeanour, be flexible with last minute changes, highly organised, approachable and an articulate communicator. You will also need to be an outgoing team player with good judgement as you will be responsible for confidential information.
