Team Assistant (Temp to Perm)

A Fantastic Creative Agency is looking for an Team Assistant to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This is a great time to be joining as the agency is growing fast so there will be lots of opportunity.

Duties will include:

• Provide a highly organised and professional front of house service to all visitors, answering the door and calls
• Light diary management for the senior team including booking rooms, travel and organising refreshments
• Owning all office ordering such as IT consumables, stationery and food deliveries
• PowerPoint presentation support– research, insights, design, create.  This is for sales teams, helping us tailor per partner, as well as developing presentations for our clients

This is a really great client facing role, and perfect if you have a keen interest in marketing. If you are super organised, have great powerpoint skills and love getting involved this is the role for you.. Send CV’s now
