Temp to Perm EA for Small London Office of Large US Investment Firm, Mayfair, £45k +

This well established US investment firm is looking for an EA in their small London office. They want someone who wants to go permanent, so they would like to get someone who could be right in the long term. The role is supporting two senior executives, who travel regularly, managing their very busy schedules and acting as gate keeper and right hand support. They are looking for an immediately available, extremely capable, forward thinking, organised, discreet and robust PA/EA. They need someone used to working within finance, supporting at Board Level and managing numerous demands while keeping calm and collected. They would ideally like a graduate with five years supporting one person, showing loyalty. They want someone who is happy taking instructions but also able to delegate. This person will  be involved in a great deal of tasks with no two days being the same.
