We are looking for a Digital Comms Executice to join the digital team, this position plays a fundamental role in supporting the digital manager to deliver and oversee successful email marketing campaigns. As a crucial part of our digital-first approach, this role will focus on driving engagement and lead generation through delivering high quality outputs.
Responsibilities
E-mail Marketing
This is the primary focus for the role and will incorporate:
• The first point of contact for day to day email marketing queries
• Act as a super user for the firm’s email marketing and automation system.
• Supervise the training, development and day-to-day workload of the digital communications co-ordinator supporting email marketing.
• Manage the branding and content approval of email marketing campaigns generated by colleagues across the business (outside of the communications team).
• Share ideas around how the firm can generate more advanced email and automation campaigns.
• Support the BD teams in crafting engaging email, web and social copy offering editorial advice and recommendations.
• Support the digital manager in managing the relationship with agencies.
• Work alongside marketing and BD colleagues to develop a more robust lead scoring model.
• Monitor the marketing campaigns calendar to avoid audience clashes.
• Review and monitor email campaign templates, conducting a/b testing and making suggestions for improvement based on best practice and analytics.
• Ensure consistent branding across all email marketing, acting as a brand ambassador for the firm.
• Plan and provide Marketo best practice training and advice for email marketing campaigns, including reporting, lead-scoring, email follow-up and more complex automation.
• Plan, review and maintain all email marketing guidelines and training materials (including webinars).
Measurement and Reporting
• Produce analytics reports for marketing and BD colleagues around multi-channel campaigns, suggesting suggest improvements to drive user engagement and lead generation.
• Provide email marketing benchmarks for open rate, click rate and undeliverable rate, and champion the continual improvement of these metrics.
CRM Related
• Assist the digital manager with the integration between CRM and the email automation system.
• Advise marketing and BD colleagues on target audience and group conditions when building audiences for campaigns.
• Become an advanced user of the firm’s CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics). 
• Assist fellow digital team members in the maintenance and optimisation of the corporate website and microsites. Includes adding and updating content and identifying and implementing site enhancements.
• Ensure website pages are correctly optimised for SEO, conduct keyword searches and advise marketing and BD managers on effective copy for web.
Ideal candidate must have the following.
• A minimum of three to four years’ experience using an email marketing system.
• Proven track record of delivering and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Experienced user of Google Analytics
• Experience using a CMS is essential, Sitecore would be an advantage
• Able to understand and edit basic HTML
• Knowledge and experience implementing Google AdWord campaigns a benefit
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop software Professional Services experience very advantageous.
