Personal Assistant - City - £38-40k

You will be primarily responsible for organising the day to day activities of the MD and the CEO. As PA, you will be responsible for ensuring the most effective use of their time and will be a key contact for the teams, providing administrative support to ensure the departments run efficiently.

We are seeking an individual with solid PA experience, who is professional, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver a first class service. We would like someone who can give input, share ideas where appropriate and will work proactively to identify opportunities for where you can add value.

Key responsibilities:

  • Full management of busy diaries, dealing with all meeting requests and queries
  • Organise internal/external meetings, video conferences and conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Liaise closely with the travel team and overseas offices in order to co-ordinate detailed itineraries for global travel
  • Ensure all documentation / meeting papers are issued prior to meetings
  • Create documents and reports using Word and Excel, as well as presentations using PowerPoint
  • Responsible for completing expenses
  • Co-ordination of team on/off sites, social events, lunches and dinners
  • Carry out administrative tasks including approving invoices and facilitating document signing
  • Fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business

Candidate requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent planning skills, well organised and efficient
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines and ensure they are met
  • Attention to detail with a great deal of accuracy
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with both external and internal contacts and colleagues
  • Problem solving and analytical ability
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
