Senior HR Advisor - Specialising in ER SE1 £42-£50,000+EXC BENS

Global Risk Management Consultancy seek an experienced HR Professional to join its busy London team.

You will be reporting directly into the HR Director and working closely with 2 highly experienced HR Advisors focusing on escalated ER issues so in-depth knowledge and practical experience of grievance management, sickness management and change management essential along with a stable CV in ideally corporate services.

Duties include advising line managers with regards to recruitment, absent management, disciplinary & grievance cases, performance management, restructuring and TUPE and advise on various aspects of employee legislation law.
Other responsibilities include managing the host services for international assignees, visa management, advice on pensions, advise and liaising with unions, annual salary reviews, general HSE advice to list a few duties within this new and diverse role.

There will be regular regional travel to some of the other UK sites

CIPD essential along with proven ER experience ideally within a large international organization where practical restructure experience can be illustrated
