Calling all PA’s!!!

An amazing opportunity has come up in a north London hospitality/property company for a PA. Supporting the Managing Director in both business and private life this is an all encompassing role. The ideal candidate will be keen to get stuck in, be confident being ‘the face of the company’ and have relevant experience in the field.

This role will entail but is not limited to:-

  • Manage and maintain the MD’s Diary and email account
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Schedule on meetings with direct reports, steering groups and other relevant meetings.
  • Minute general meetings as required and complete research on behalf of the MD
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings using PowerPoint
  • Responsibility for accounts and budgets
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Arranging travel, visa and accommodation and occasionally travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
  • Planning and organising events and conferences.
  • Answering the reception phone calls
  • Aiding with the office move planned for this year
  • Ad hoc support to the CFO, CEO and 2nd MD

The ideal candidate:-

  • Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Be able to multitask
  • Want to work closely with the MD and have a ‘business’ relationship with them
  • Open to ah hoc personal PA duties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Confidential and discreet at all times
  • Have 2+ previous PA experience
  • Excellent IT skills especially using PowerPoint
  • Previous office support experience
