We are currently recruiting for a bright, presentable and confident Office Assistant to work for one of our Legal clients based in stunning City sky scraper offices!

Working for this international Law Firm you will be required to be the main point of contact for all visitors and clients so to be articulate and an ambassador of the company is highly important. You must have previous Front of House experience as well as excellent customer service skills with a flexible and can do attitude.

Duties will consist of;

  • Arrange couriers/taxis
  • Meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional and confident manner
  • Manage the meeting room and hot desk diaries and setting up the meeting rooms in
  • Liaise with the Marketing team to assist with co-ordinating events
  • Liaise with IT regarding audio-visual equipment for meetings
  • Carry out general admin duties (photocopying/printing/binding/scanning)
  • Maintain stationery and catering supplies, placing orders when necessary
  • Deal with post and all collections and deliveries, distribute as required
  • Set up audio and video conference calls
  • Order and organise catering for working lunches/client meetings
  • Operate the switchboard and transfer calls/relay messages as required
