Temporary Customer Assistant

Matchstick are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Assistants to join a well known luxury retailer based in Central London.

You will be dealing with incoming customer queries by telephone and email. Arranging customer returns, tracking and tracing deliveries, processing orders/invoices and answering any potential queries. Knowledge of SAP will be beneficial.
