Our client is a big hitter who attracts top grade Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants. They are a dynamic, diverse and entrepreneurial group who need solid, experienced EAs that can hit the ground running from the word go. If you are comfortable working at pace, in a detail driven setting, where you have to spin many plates to get the job done then this could be the role for you.

You will be:

• An experienced EA or PA with 3-5 years in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Degree educated or equivalent
• A proactive problem-solver
• Thick skinned
• Ready to work closely with your EA colleagues

Whilst not essential for the role, fluency in another language is highly advantageous especially Russian.

You will be an expert in proactively managing multiple diaries; multi-stop multi visa travel will be a breeze and exceptionally busy inboxes will not phase you. In short you are a born EA ready to take a step into the big time and prove you are amongst the very best assistants in London.
