Customer Service Agent - Brentford - 3 months temporary


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a personable and professional individual to work in a large financial services organisation in the Brentford area. This opportunity is a temporary role for 3 months in a great opportunity to learn new skills in the customer service field. There is a possibility for permanency and extension in this position and candidates must be immediately available to start work on the 5th of June.

Your new role will be that of a Customer Service Advisor working in a large, busy and exciting team of other individuals working on inbound enquiries, some complaints, email correspondence and order processing. The position will be 37.5 hours a week with a degree of flexibility required for shift patterns, the occasional late evening might be involved but if this was required a laptop would be provided to the successful individual to work from home. The role will be predominantly Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday or Sunday, if so a day in lieu would be provided.

In order to be successful you will have an excellent telephone manner, personable and professional with the ability to problem solve with customer service experience being an advantage. In order to be considered, candidates must be immediately available for a start date of the 5th of June.

In return you will be offered a 3 month fixed term temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent and£18,000 pro-rata salary (the equivalent of 10.34 per hour including holiday pay) and the opportunity to work in a fantastic organisation.
