A beautiful interior design firm based in London’s iconic high end Chelsea are presently recruiting an PA to support their small but friendly team of designers.

This is a very hands on role where you will be a true integral part of the team, some of the duties consist of:

• Diary management
• Meeting co-ordination
• Event co-ordination
• Global travel arrangement
• Organising meetings
• Researching projects

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven background in dealing with complex diaries
• The ability to work within a demanding and ever changing environment
• Have an advanced understanding of MS Office packages
• Have a pro-active attitude
