Tiger Recruitment have just taken on a brand new role, within a leading, boutique, finance company situated in the heart of the West End. They are a fantastic team, seeking an eager, hardworking individual to assist the Office Manager with the smooth running of the office as well as a getting involved with a wide variety of administrative tasks. Although they are corporate, this company really pride themselves on their entrepreneurial attitude and friendly, non-hierarchical atmosphere.
This role as Office/Administrative Assistant involves a range of administrative duties for you to get involved with. As well as general office maintenance, you will be highly responsible for managing and coordinating a large amount of meetings and conferences for the team. They are a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, thus require someone with excellent time management and attention to detail. There will also be an element of personal PA duties for you to get involved with.
The ideal candidate will be educated to a minimum of A Level and have had previous experience working within an office environment. Proficient MS office skills are key and previous experience working with the likes of Salesforce will be beneficial.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Office/Administrative Assistant looking for a new challenge within a warm, good-natured team. Being a new role, you additionally have the exciting chance to really prove yourself whilst making the role your own.
