What will you be doing?

• Take lead role on overseeing and organising team of PA's who are responsible for incredibly complex UK and international diary and travel coordination - visas / time zones / multiple changes, etc.
• Manage day-to-day function and representative of PA team at Senior level

What experience are they looking for?

• Strong organisational skills are required in this fast paced and hands on role - you will be the go to person responsible for keeping things running smoothly.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in a supervisor/line management role.
• Experience in coordinating international travel and complex diary management 60-80% diary management is essential.
• An exceptional level of organisation and attention to detail as well as unparalleled enthusiasm, pro-activity and professionalism at all times.
• First point of contact for HR responsibilities such as recruitment and performance reviews as well as inductions and training.
