Investment firm based in the heart of the City is recruiting for a polished and professional Front of House Receptionist who would like a dual role offering both Reception and Secretarial/PA/Admin/Office Management support
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors
- Meeting room management including setting up, clearing up meetings, video conferences, catering
- Switchboard management
- Processing monthly expenses
- Managing post, courier and taxi bookings
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Diary management, travel arrangements and expenses
- Cover to the teams and ‘heads’ when the allocated PAs are on annual leave, or any sickness
- Assisting the Office Manager with daily and ad hoc Office, HR and Finance administration
Requirements:
- Front of House/Reception and PA/Secretarial/Administrative experience ideally gained from a Corporate, blue chip or Financial Services firm
- Strong Microsoft Office skills essential
- Highly organised and adaptable to change with excellent attention to detail
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality, a proactive team player
- Professional, confident, honest and discreet with very strong communication skilla
- Well-presented and spoken
- Team player with 'hands on' approach
