Our client is a boutique FinTech firm based in the heart of the City, entering an exciting phase of growth and development.  Your role will be wide-ranging and you will be expected to contribute to all aspects of the day to day operations.  The environment is fast paced and inclusive and good work is both recognised and rewarded. This hybrid role provides Board-level PA/EA support whilst being the ‘go to’ person, ensuring the smooth running of a small but growing office!

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as first point of contact and greeting clients
  • ‘Go to’ person for office-related issues/enquiries
  • Managing busy diaries for CEO/COO/CFO
  • Coordinating meetings, conference calls and V/Cs
  • Global travel arrangements
  • Handling expenses and invoices
  • Board assistance – meeting set-up, document preparation etc.
  • Client interaction, handling high levels of confidentiality
  • Vendor/supplier liaison – handling office supplies, business cards etc.
  • Troubleshooting and being ‘hands on’ at all times!
  • Business Continuity
  • Health & Safety
  • Preparing/editing reports and presentations
  • Assisting with basic HR duties and managing induction programme for new recruits

Requirements:

  • Previous PA/Office Management experience within FS/Investment/Corporate firm desirable
  • Suit a candidate who thrives within a role where they juggle various balls, each day different!
  • Must be engaged, interested with desire to get involved as company grows
  • Previous experience of running a small office highly advantageous
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Capacity to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Ability to liaise well with others and delegate tasks
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Problem solving skills and project management ability.
