Investor Relations Associate (maternity Cover)

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Investor Relations Associate or Roadshow Coordinator to hit the ground running in this 6 month maternity cover with a city-based, global Financial Services firm.  Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations and working in a small team, you will:

• Organise and manage investor relations roadshows, presentation and briefings, in conjunction with the corporate and sales teams
• Ensure clients are adequately briefed in advance by producing institutional profiles
• Attend sales presentations
• Develop good working knowledge of the client company’s commercial activities
• Collect feedback post investor meetings and deliver to corporate clients
• Identify institutional investors
• Maintain and develop communication channels internally and externally
• Create and distribute marketing documentation
• Ensure all institutional data is accurately recorded for each client.

Requirements:

• Previous Investor Relations experience, ideally within an Investment Bank
• Strong communicator and decision maker
• High level of confidentiality and integrity
• Experience of using CRM system an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good understanding of the regulatory framework around corporate broking and its impact on the Investor Relations role
