Our client, a very stylish businesswoman in the creative sector, is looking for a superbly organised, proactive and professional PA. The role will encompass both business and private responsibilities for the Founder and is based in Central London. This role is client facing as you will attend both internal and external meetings and must be able to pre-empt her requirements and offer excellent support in this busy office and household.

Responsibilities

  • Diary and inbox management (business and personal)
  • Travel management, including preparation of detailed itineraries
  • Monitoring Principal’s projects to highlight actions and have the ability to provide status reports
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and welcoming clients and visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organising, preparing documentation and attending meetings with the Principal
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
  • Attendance at external events may be required on an ad hoc basis
  • Liaising with household staff
  • Organising occasional private events and dinners

Requirements

  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strength of character and calm under pressure
  • An innate sense of structure and timekeeping
