A fabulous opportunity to join the Philanthropy team at a City organisation steeped in history and tradition.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide administrative support for the philanthropy department, including database management, expenses
  • Event Coordination
  • To provide some PA support to the Director of Philanthropy including diary and travel management
  • To administer the small grants programme including data inputting, reporting and processing
  • To be the primary point of contact for external enquiries and communications to the department

Person Specification  

  • Administration experience; using databases, payment processing, record management.
  • Events administration experience; sending invitations, managing RSVPs.
  • Excellent Communication skills – verbal and written skills, with experience of dealing with people at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 2003 and 2010
  • Pro-active and positive approach to work and someone who takes initiative.
  • High attention to detail is required for this role.
  • Experience using GIFTSs Grants database or similar grants management systems (desirable)
