Profile:
Liaising with Geneva, Milan and Hong Kong and Brussels offices.
Major tasks:
- Agenda handling:
Both private and professional agendas

Organization of travelling, incl. external consultant (2 persons)
- Meetings Logistics (address, details, routing, docs preparation, etc.)
- Support for personal travelling (incl. family)
- OPERATIONAL support
- Drafting of the agendas, preparing the meeting rooms, putting together the files for the meetings, assessing the needs of the external consultants
- Follow up on meetings actions
- Liaising with the different teams
- Support for events organization
- Budget / accounting
- Petty cash, etc.
- PRIVATE support
- Support for house needs
Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a secretary or Personal assistant
- Extremely organized and resourceful.
- Proactive and structured, self initiative driven
- Solid experience in agenda coordination
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial family context
- Affinity with high end luxury products, markets and clientele
- Strong commercial mind-set
- Perfect English, and French - both oral and written.
The position is ideal for someone self-driven, with attention to detail and happy to juggle between different functions: Marketing and Events, Office Management. A great opportunity to learn and to develop the position.
