Design Assistant for Luxury Property Development Company- ASAP START

Our Client is looking for a design assistant to join their small but really great team. This role will be varied and give you the chance to really make it your own. Duties will include:

• Controlling emails/inbox
• Keep an eye on the decorating diary
• Helping to organise the team
• Filing away samples
• Helping to prepare for site visits, such as getting paperwork together
• Rings suppliers and getting dates for when products be supplied to clients
•  Go on Site visits
• Using the estimate package to put in figures for various fabrics and other products
• Dealing with clients over the phone
• Lots of admin, very busy!!
