Our client is a world renowned Architectural and Engineering firm leading the development in architectural design and development.

This is the perfect role if you have EA experience at Board Level.

The company has offices in London, New York, Chicago, San Francisco, LA, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi. The London office is based in the heart of the city, a fast paced, historic environment surrounded by incredible buildings and a thriving social atmosphere

They are currently recruiting for a Temproary Executive Assistant to the Partners. You will need to be organized and proactive, remain calm under pressure with the ability to link between the Partners and the wider office. Have a confident assertive manner while building trust and effective working relationships. The role is 20% Office Admin and 80% EA.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide full support to two Partners and one Director, which involves extensive global travel and highly complex diary management. This can be up to 80% of your role.
  • Manage the team.
  • Mail box management and complex meeting scheduling, advance meeting prep, contacts update and timesheet completion.
  • To be main point of contact for the Partners- filtering persistent calls or liaising directly with clients.
  • Proof reading documents.
  • Preparing the Partners for the week ahead and ensuring they get to meetings on time.
  • Responsible for oversight and delegation of Front of House duties and facilitating meetings.
  • Ensuring all aspects of office management run smoothly as well as managing a larger Admin team, including training and talent mapping.
  • Annual performance appraisals, ongoing coaching, training and performance management if required.
