PA to CFO and Team role based in an Investment firm! Beautiful Mayfair offices, generous benefits package, paying up to £50,000 DOE!

The Role:

This role requires a dedicated Personal Assistant, looking for a meaty role; something beyond the regular PA duties. Duties are more often within the Business Assistant remit, so previous experience in this area would be ideal. It is also an environment where everyone pitches in so you'll be happy to muck in no matter how small or large the task - no princesses for this one!

The Candidate:

  • Will have great attention to detail
  • Quick to pick up finance terms (if you do not already have such knowledge)
  • Intelligent
  • Quick to learn
  • Will not fear hard work and long hours

The Team/Company:

Property Asset Management - young, buzzy team, gorgeous offices! You will need to be charismatic and happy to be part of a team.

Team/Business Assistant to CFO, FD and Finance Team (3 additional people) role duties:

  • Invoicing
  • Client liaison
  • Tact and diplomacy building relations and managing client payments
  • Some traditional diary, travel, expenses, errands etc. but this is a small part of the role.

Hours:

8.30am-7pm

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary
  • Uncapped discretionary bonuses
  • Health and dental
  • Travel insurance
  • 2% Pension contribution
  • Free unlimited breakfast and lunch
  • 25 days holiday
