PA - our client a small boutique search company based in Victoria is currently looking for a bight, smart and switched on PA to come in and support a very successful and delightful Partner.  This is a 1:1 PA role where you will be confident in your ability to provide a seamless PA service.

You will be the lynch pin and ensure that each process is ran smoothly from start to finish.  You will be first point of contact for clients and candidates, therefore communication skills are key.  You will be super organised and able to juggle and prioritise your workload and meet deadlines - sometimes last minute.  

You will be responsible for booking travel and accommodation as well as setting up meetings and vc calls across many time-zones.  You will produce high quality documentation such as profiles and proposals and be able to proof read documents to a high standard.    Processing invoices and expenses as well as general admin duties and keeping all systems updated.  You will also have excellent relationship building skills as you will be required to book meetings for your boss and liaise closely with external PA's.

You will work in a close knit team of PA's and pitch in where ever needed and also ensure that the office is running smoothly.    This is a very friendly and excellent working environment where you will be looked after.

If you have executive search this would be a real advantage, otherwise financial services or management consultancy background.
